<p><strong>FAMOUS AMOS COOKIE CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS</strong></p>

<p>1. Famous Amos Cookie Club membership is free and requires registration with a valid phone number. Members may only maintain one account and are responsible for keeping their contact information current.</p>

<p>2. To join Famous Amos Cookie Club, you must be 18 years or older.</p>

<p>3. Birthday treats are valid for one-time use only with ID verification to confirm DOB and name. Must be present in person.</p>

<p>4. Existing members may log in to their account here. Username: 8 digits of mobile number, default password: last 4 digits of mobile number. Please change your password upon logging in for the first time.</p>

<p>5. Points earned are valid for twelve (12) months from the date they are issued.</p>

<p>6. Cookie Club points are issued for both in-store and online purchases, excluding corporate orders and purchases made at Changi Airport Terminal 3.</p>

<p>7. The redemption of rewards are to be redeemed online via the members portal log in. Upon redemption of the vouchers, members are to redeem the items within 60 days at any Famous Amos outlet (excluding Changi Airport Terminal 3 and Cineleisure)</p>

<p>8. To ensure program integrity, members are prohibited from sharing account credentials and are aware that Famous Amos reserves the right to terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent activity.</p>

<p>9. The Cookie Club program is subject to change at the sole discretion of Famous Amos Singapore. This includes modifications to the point system and the potential termination of the program entirely.</p>
